You know you might go to a restaurant too often when the manager comes to your table, addresses you by name, and offers to put your bag in the office so that it won't be in the way.

Sounds like the Channel hardware/lumber store that was around when we first moved in, and I was there almost every week. It got to the point where the manager would rush over to greet me when I walked in the door.

I've had waitstaff greet me at my table with a luke-warm tea and take my order simply by saying "the usual?". Granted, "the usual" was a highly customized sandwich (grilled portobello mushroom with lettuce, tomato, melted cheddar/jack and blue cheeses), so that might have madeit more memorable, but still....
