Who knew I could be a fangirl?

Tonight I met Marc Cohn and Suzanne Vega.

They both signed CDs for me.

I got to have an actual substantial conversation with Marc Cohn, and cause him to reminisce about a concert a really long time ago.

Wow.

I can't say that I was expecting this.

Very, very cool! Well, that makes the last-minute tickets definitely worthwhile!

Oh, very much so. I would have been happy to just see the concert, but the venue was fabulous, our seats were amazing, and I got to actually meet one of my favorite artists of all time (and Suzanne Vega, too).

So yes, it was worth all of the mad rushing about I did to make it work.
