The cat managed to unfasten the stitch holder from my partially completed knitted Cables and Lace Cardigan, remove the holder from the 26 stitches it had been holding, and bat it across the room. Thankfully, the stitches hadn't begun to unravel when I caught her and remedied the situation. But damn.

On the plus side, said cardigan is progressing nicely, and the body is nearly done. I should go to Woolcott tomorrow and get size 7 DPNs, so that I can knit the sleeves in the round rather than flat. I've decided that I hate seams.

And she can climb ladders! What a brilliant cat. Who must, of course, have had brilliant teachers. :-)

If you're also the one who taught her to open knitting stitch holders, and to put tooth marks in the tips of bamboo needles, I think we need to have some additional words.
