knitting!

leenah convinced me to buy some yarn, and undertake a new knitting project. I expect the yarn will arrive in a few days.

In the meantime, coraline needed some #8 knitting needles, which inspired me to go dig out my knitting stuff, which has been untouched for years. I loaned her the needles, and picked up the mostly-done sweater I'd started entirely too many years ago, and start working on it again. There's a small but not impossible chance that I could finish it before my other yarn arrives.

Yay for making progress on old projects.
