Wabash Cannonball!
May. 27th, 2004 05:19 pmThe irises the my mother gave me for my garden (which she got from my grandmother's garden) are blooming this year, so I finally know what kind they are. One of them is my absolute favorite, the Wabash Cannonball. I thought it had been lost.
The other is a pale purple, which was my grandmother's favorite (though she called it "blue"), and also the most prolific in her garden.
Yay!
